Birds can teach the soul.
And, specifically, it is the Kingfisher that can teach the soul.
Birds flit and fly, they soar up high.
Birds are immensely fragile.
The Kingfisher can dive into the fast-flowing river for sustenance, for creativity: growth, process, beauty.
When I use a Kingfisher in my art, I am referring to my soul.
